Who is responsible
Trial Reel Agncy, hallo@runacrossswitzerland.ch. Write to this address with any privacy questions.
What we process and why
When you reserve or join a team: first and last name, email address, team name, time and version of the accepted terms, payment status and — if available — how you reached the site (for example a campaign or ambassador code). We use this to run the validation, manage your team, match deposits and refund them if needed.
Your first name and an initial appear on the team page. The page can only be reached through the team link.
When you add yourself as a volunteer, spectator, media or partner: name, email address and optionally region, company, role and interests.
If you tick email updates, we store the time and the wording of your consent as proof (Art. 3(1)(o) UWG). Without the tick you only get emails that belong to your registration.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland). You enter card and TWINT details directly with Stripe; we only receive the amount, the status and a reference. We keep payment records as long as the law requires.
Statistics without tracking
We count page views and form steps with our own simple statistics. We set no cookies for this, use no advertising trackers and store no IP addresses. A random value in your browser tab's memory links the steps of one visit and disappears when you close the tab. If Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track is on in your browser, we count nothing at all.
After a reservation or an entry we set a technically necessary cookie so that you can find your team on this device again.
Where the data is stored
